terresdememoire.com will be ruled by and subject to the following terms and conditions.

Before making a reservation at Terres de memoire we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between Terres de memoire and you from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due.

 Please read carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. Once you begin your tour, by default you accept these terms and conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not access or use in any way our website.

The present terms and conditions are valid as of 01 January 2017.

Below definitions have the exact same meaning whether they are being used in the singular or plural.

    •    «Terms and Conditions» relates to the terms and conditions which rules the use of this website by the user.

    •    The Term «Terres de memoire » or «us» or «we» refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is:

•  The «User» or «You» or «Customer» relates to any person who accesses and/or utilizes one or several Services offered on the Website.

    •    «Service» relates to all services made available on the Website, such as, but not limited to, the sale of Transportation, Excursions, Activities, Tours, Transfers.

    •    «Partner» relates to all service providers

    •    «Website» relates to the “home page” and all other webpages with the domain name Terresdememoire.com, owned and operated by Terres de Memoire SARL.

The user of this Website must be at least 18 years old of age and must be legally authorized to create a binding legal obligation.

The use of the website must be done in accordance with the present terms and conditions.

When using this Website you agree to make legitimate bookings and to be financially responsible. This means that you agree to pay all confirmed bookings made on this website.

Payment is due in Euro.

The prices include all the services listed in the description of each product as stated on each page. Tips/Gratuities, Personal Insurance, Beverages or Food when not clearly listed in the product’s description and all other purchases of a personal nature are not included. The prices are net and include taxes.

Payment is required at the time of booking or ordering. (Although payment can be made in cash on the day of the tour, we would prefer you to use our secure website and pay by bank card before the tour).

It is made by credit card through our secure payment system.

We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express.

We do not charge a service fee for processing credit-card payments.

Payment will be listed as TERRES DE MEMOIRE  Sarl on the credit card statement.

We do not provide an invoice for each booking but if required, we will provide you with one by e-mail.

The following is to be read, understood and accepted prior to ordering via our website. Cancellation and modification conditions are also available before the validation process of the order and are also listed on the order confirmation.

- Procedure to Cancel or Modify an existing Booking :

To be valid, request to cancel or modify a service booked through our website must be acknowledged by Terres de Memoire SARL after having been sent to us using the following contact form

Without this proof of cancellation or modification you will incur “No Show” or “Cancellation” Charges.

All modification or cancellation request must be notified no less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of the service booked. There will be NO REFUND when tours are interrupted at clients’ own will.

- Service Modified or Cancelled by US :

Terres de Memoire SARL reserves the right to change or cancel services without prior notice and where this is necessary for passengers comfort and safety (such as adverse weather conditions).

We will do our best to keep you inform in due time. If we have to cancel a service, you will receive a full refund, equal to the total amount paid to TERRES DE MEMOIRE  at the time of booking.

- Cancellation Fees when RESULTING FROM THE USER

For any cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply and will be deducted from the refund (with a minimum amount of 5 euros) :

For cancellations received  at least 7 calendar days before the tour

For cancellations received 3 - 6 calendar days before the tour a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

 For cancellations received within 2 calendar days before the scheduled departure a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

* Cancellation between 7 and 3 calendar days before the service begins:

You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

* NO REFUND if cancelled within 48 HOURS of A TOUR

You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

* NO REFUND if cancelled on the day of the service once it has started or in case of a “No Show”

You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

It is of the client’s responsibility to verify that he is carrying the necessary documents for the tours booked.

For special commemorations modification or cancellation less than 30 days prior to the service date, imply that the total amount is due to TERRES DE MEMOIRE and no refund can be given.

WE STRONGLY ADVISE that all customers take out appropriate insurance for cancellation, as no such insurance is included in the prices listed on our website and our terms and conditions will strictly apply.

If entitled to a full or partial refund, the user will receive credited back within a reasonable time period after deduction of any amounts remaining due per the above cancellation fees table.

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before you travel.

Our Website may contain links or references to other websites outside of our control. Please be aware that our Privacy Policy does not apply to these sites.

If the reason for your cancellation is covered under your insurance policy, you may be able to make a claim under that policy.

There is no travel insurance cover included in the price of the ticket.

Please note that individual travel insurance is not included in the tour price and all medical costs and other costs involved must be paid by the client. It is therefore strongly recommended that participants take out personal insurance, especially for the active tours.

We strongly recommend to all of our clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure to meet any contingencies.

You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.”

“Pictures and Illustrations have been carefully chosen to give you an idea of what to expect during your tour or  activity. However, they have no contractual value in any way. ”

Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.”

Our main goal is to provide you with an excellent service.

Any Claim  must be sent in writing to the following address within 15 days from the date of the tour.

-Food and Drinks

Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Food & Drinks should not be carried on board the vehicles.

-Personal Belongings

TERRES DE MEMOIRE and its suppliers cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal items or luggage, during the services, in the buses or anywhere else, and no guarantee can be given to recover them.

All text, graphics, editorial content, data, formatting, graphs, designs, HTML, look and feel, photographs, music, sounds, images, software, videos, designs, typefaces and other content (collectively "Proprietary Material") that You see or read on the Site is owned by TERRES DE MEMOIRE, or is used with the owner's permission. This Proprietary Material is protected in all forms, media and technologies. You may not copy, download, use redesign, reconfigure, or retransmit anything from the Site without the prior written permission of TERRES DE MEMOIRE.
